West Yorkshire wedding photographers Alex and Janet are a husband and wife team of qualified professional photographers working together with creativity and imagination to capture the precious memories of your special day with a perfect mix of traditional, reportage, detail and artistic images.

Wedding photography is our passion and our profession and each wedding receives a hundred percent of our attention and around a week of our lives. We accept a limited number of weddings each year so that the service you receive is second to none and we guarantee you a perfect wedding album to treasure. First and foremost, the best bit! You get both of us - a husband and wife team of two full-time, qualified professional wedding photographers. We are passionate about creating beautiful wedding images and about providing you with an exceptional service, tailored to suit you, at a very reasonable price. We can be with you from the bridal preparations in the morning until your first dance as husband and wife in the evening and if you are lucky enough to be ending your big day with a firework finale, we will be there to capture it for you.
We will personally consult with you, photograph your wedding and present you with your preview images. Our service doesn't end once your wedding is over, as we will then create a wedding album for you which you will be very proud of and which will showcase the story of your special day in your own unique style.
All day coverage from the bridal preparations to the first dance is included in most packages - please see the individual descriptions of each package below.
No additional charge for multiple locations.
All consultations, including a meeting with you both a few weeks before your wedding to discuss your photography in detail and, wherever possible, a visit to your wedding and reception venues to check out the best locations for your photographs.
An studio or location engagement portrait session with our compliments on request.
Travel within a reasonable distance of Castleford, West Yorkshire. Weddings further afield may incur a modest additional charge depending on the package chosen.
No specific limit to the number of images taken on your wedding day.
Traditional, contemporary and reportage wedding photography to suit you.
A mixture of colour, black and white and sepia images - just tell us your preferences.
All editing, colour correction and basic retouching of your images. If you have a blemish on your wedding day, no problem!
An password protected online gallery to enable you and your family and friends to view your images and order prints.
A small selection of your images will be uploaded to our Blog, generally within a few days of your wedding, so that you can have a preview whilst you are still on honeymoon.
Your edited previews presented as a slideshow on disk which is yours to keep.
Our bespoke album design and preview service is included in the Elegance, Storybook, Diamond and Platinum packages, to enable you to view your album layout before making your final decision. This leaves nothing to chance and ensures that you will be one hundred percent delighted with your finished wedding album. We do not make an additional charge if you request any reasonable changes to your album layout before it is ordered.

FRAMED ENGAGEMENT PORTRAIT WITH SIGNATURE MOUNT - from £200

An informal and fun engagement portrait session which is a brilliant way for us to get to know one another better before your wedding and will help you feel relaxed in front of the camera. A studio or location session is offered to our wedding clients with our compliments on request. Why not choose your favourite photograph from the session and have it framed along with a signature mount for your guests to sign during your wedding celebrations? We will then assemble your photograph and signature mount in the frame of your choice. The result is a beautiful, original and very personal memento of your special day which makes a great alternative to the standard guest book. PRINTABLE DVD

We take great pride in our work and we believe that beautiful photographs which tell the story of your wedding day deserve to be presented in a beautiful wedding album or storybook. However, we also understand that you may want the option to print the images yourself so we offer a printable DVD as an optional extra with any of our wedding album packages. All the images which you receive as previews will be provided at high resolution, fully finished, retouched and print ready with a licence allowing you to print them as you wish for your own use in whatever sizes you want. A generous discount will be offered if you order your printable DVD at the time of booking your wedding photography package.
